1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service from RoyalPuffSA ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Age Restriction — Strictly 18+

All products and services offered by RoyalPuffSA are strictly for persons aged 18 years and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service where we have reasonable grounds to believe this requirement is not met. We comply fully with the Tobacco Products Control Act and any applicable South African legislation governing the sale of tobacco-related products.

3. Products & Services

RoyalPuffSA offers:

• Retail sale of hubbly pipes, accessories, charcoal, flavours, and related lifestyle products.
• 24-hour hubbly rental services including delivery, setup, and collection.
• Event packages with full setup, breakdown, and onsite service.
• B2B consulting services for restaurants, lounges, and hospitality venues.

Some consumables (flavours, charcoal refills) are available exclusively as part of event bookings or service packages. RoyalPuffSA does not promote or sell restricted products online.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders may be placed through our online store or via WhatsApp. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior notice. An order is only confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. We accept payment through our secure online payment gateway. Cash on delivery is not available unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery is available within Johannesburg. Same-day or next-day delivery options are subject to availability and order time. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be stated at checkout. Collection from our location is available upon request and by prior arrangement. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Rental Services

Rental equipment remains the property of RoyalPuffSA at all times. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to rental equipment during the rental period. A security deposit may be required. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, fair wear and tear excepted. Rental periods and terms will be confirmed in writing prior to each booking.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations for rental bookings and event packages must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled service are non-refundable. Product orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of RoyalPuffSA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, RoyalPuffSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa.
